Yes, absolutely. All items must be fully dry before we can iron them. Damp or wet clothes cannot be properly pressed and may develop mildew odor during the ironing process. If you bring damp items, we'll either need to dry them first (which converts this to a wash & dry & iron order with adjusted pricing) or return them for you to dry before bringing back for ironing.

Yes! We handle stubborn wrinkles from long storage, traveling, or being packed in suitcases. Steam pressing is particularly effective for set-in wrinkles. Just let us know during booking if you have heavily wrinkled items so we can allocate extra time and attention. There's no additional charge for stubborn wrinkles—it's part of our standard ironing service.

Items must be clean and stain-free for ironing-only service. Heat from ironing can set stains permanently into fabric, making them impossible to remove later. If we notice stains during inspection, we'll contact you with two options: (1) return the stained items unironed for you to wash again, or (2) upgrade to our wash & iron service so we can treat and remove the stains before pressing.

Yes, we have experience with delicate fabrics including silk, satin, lace, chiffon, and other sensitive materials. We use lower temperatures and often press these items inside-out or with a pressing cloth to protect the fabric. However, for very expensive or heavily embellished delicate items (like heavily beaded aso-ebi or designer silk gowns), we recommend our dry cleaning service for the safest care.

Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup to delivery. Ironing-only service is faster than full wash & iron because we skip the washing and drying steps. For urgent needs, we offer same-day express service—items picked up before 10 AM can be returned the same evening (50% additional charge). Next-day service is also available for items picked up before 2 PM (25% additional charge).

Yes, we have a minimum order of approximately 5-7 items or ₦1,500 total value. This makes pickup and delivery economically viable for both you and us. We offer free pickup and delivery across major Port Harcourt areas including GRA (Old and New), Trans Amadi, D-Line, Rumuola, Eliozu, Rumuokoro, Ada George, Alakahia, Choba, Rumueme, Wimpey, Elelenwo, and surrounding neighborhoods. For locations outside these areas, we may charge a small delivery fee—contact us to confirm. We're based at 1 Adekunle Close, Egbelu-Udara, Port Harcourt.
